New vision  Agro business is a Ghanaian privately owned Company in Northern Ghana. 
We are into the processing of Natural Unrefined  quality Shea Butter and through Value added into Black Soaps and Shea Cosmetics. We also provide training on quality Shea Shea and soap makings. We Supply Neem oils, Baobo.oil . all kinds of liquids soaps. Our products gibes fresh, restored, and glowing all day.

·        set up spread sheet to record serial numbers of machinery and parts –improving maintenance efficiency and engineering output.
·        Installed, serviced, repaired and maintained hydraulic and pneumatic equipment across the plant operation
·        carry out repairs and modifications of plant and equipment across the plant

·     Installed, serviced, repairs and repaired and maintained air compressors

·       Installed, serviced, repaired and reconditioned vacuum/mechanical   pumps across plant

·       carried out yearly shutdown maintenance across plant –thus increased efficiency of machinery

·       Produced yearly budget for spare parts, repairs, preventive maintenance thus reduced cost and avoidable costs

1994- 1997: Project Assistant- Ministry of Energy and Petroleum - Ghana
·       Assisted in the project monitoring and implementations for the conversion of wood full fuels to Lp-gas usage in over 500 mass cooking institutions across the country.
 
·     Installed Lp-gas vessels in over 500 institutions scattered in Ghana

·      trained users of Lp-gas equipment in institutions across the country

·      Maintenance Lp-Gas installations under the ministry of energy/ Motherwell U.K Gas conversion project across the country
